Micheal is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. He works as an Employment Consultant at Canadian Hearing Services, serves on the Board of ARCH Disability Law Centre, and is President of Deaf Youth Canada.

A University of Toronto grad, Micheal has led impactful inclusion efforts- like pushing for ASL classes in the Linguistics department. He brings strong leadership, strategic thinking and a deep commitment to building accessible spaces.

Micheal is active in the Deaf community and dreams of running for public office to create real change. He’s all about collaboration, action and amplifying marginalized voices.
