About the presenters:

Veronica Bickle

A mental health therapist supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing kids and youth for the past 3 years. She manages the PAH! Mental Health program at the Bob Rumball Centre and brings over 15 years of experience working with Deaf adults.

Veronica is active in the Deaf community, leading both TAD and OAD. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, caring for houseplants, collecting stamps, and spending time with her cats – and she’s learning pickleball.

Robert Haughton

A Black Deaf therapist supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing youth for over 5 years. He’s part of the Theory of Mind program, helping young people understand emotions and build better connections.

Born in NYC and now a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada, Robert is a proud dad of four (plus Ruben the dog). He’s all about creating safe spaces where youth can grow and thrive.
